Bela’s Africa project.

Bela gets so much homework everyday,

This one was a family project but we had to take lots of pictures

to make sure that Bela did it….. and not her parents.

afria 1

She is in Kindergarten ( 5 years old) and already has to do so many great and fun assignments!

Making a Diorama of the Pyramids of Egypt was a lot of work.

but of course lots of fun!

afria 8

I outlined the clouds and Bela filled them in with spots!

afria 3

Joe cut the triangles and Bela glued the templates and paste them together with my help.

afria 2

She also loved adding glue to the pyramids and sand and to her hair also ;(

Bela was really proud of  the results!

also part 2 of the project is coming up soon.

  1. Hi Karen, it looks wonderful.Well done Bella! How old are the children when they go to Kindergarten? I work with 3 and 4 year olds but they never have to do any projects or assignments at home. It looks like great fun though and I think not only the children learn this way but the parents as well.

Wow that’s impressive! I remember kindergarten and I don’t remember any homework. I remember doing these types of projects in first and second grade. It will be fun and busy doing this when my daughter starts school. I should enjoy her pre-k school years more. Good job!
